Natural Gas Operations

The Natural Gas Operations Unit has been in operation since 2016. With one 65,000 m³/h MS-A station and 5,000 Sm³/h RMS-B stations, two of which are in operation, 72 million Sm³ of natural gas is supplied to the zone every year.

The zone has a 6.2 km steel pipeline, 8 steel valve groups, an 8.7 km polyethylene line and 82 polyethylene valve groups. To ensure uninterrupted and safe natural gas use for all participants, the unit provides 24/7 service with a team of 1 natural gas consultant, 1 engineer and 2 technicians. The number of participants using natural gas in 30 Ağustos Industrial Zone, and the amount of gas used, is constantly increasing.

The unit carries out maintenance and repair of the main distribution lines and also responds quickly to problems in participants' internal installations.
