Infrastructure Services
Our Industrial Zone has a strong, modern and integrated infrastructure so that all industrial companies operating within its borders can carry on production without interruption. This infrastructure, made up of water, electricity, road and natural gas networks, is managed on the principles of quality, safety and sustainability.
Water Infrastructure
The water needed by industrial facilities is supplied without interruption through modern pumping stations and automated distribution lines. Water tanks and monitoring systems are checked with regular analyses, and water quality fully complies with environmental and health standards.
Electricity Infrastructure
Thanks to the transformer substations and underground power lines across the zone, our companies receive safe, continuous and high-quality electricity. The electricity infrastructure is supported by regular maintenance and inspections, keeping continuity of supply at the highest level.
Road Infrastructure
All roads within the zone are built to standards suitable for heavy vehicle traffic. To improve travel comfort and speed up logistics, asphalt maintenance, curb renewal and junction improvements are carried out periodically.
Natural Gas Infrastructure
The natural gas needs of the companies operating in the zone are met through distribution lines with high safety standards. Pressure reduction and metering stations ensure that gas flows in a balanced and safe way. The system is operated in accordance with the relevant technical regulations and kept under control with regular leak tests.
To ensure continuity of energy supply, maintenance and improvement of the natural gas infrastructure is carried out according to plan. This keeps companies' production running without interruption and supports environmental sustainability and energy efficiency.
All of our infrastructure services are planned in line with the sustainable development vision of our Industrial Zone and developed flexibly enough to accommodate future capacity increases.
