Land Pre-Allocation Announcement
Information on the area to be pre-allocated under Article 54/A, "Pre-Allocation", of the Organized Industrial Zones Implementing Regulation is provided below.
Pre-allocation applications will be accepted for 3 weeks (between 05.10.2026 and 25.10.2026) at meydip.sanayi.gov.tr. Map information on the areas to be pre-allocated is also available at meydip.sanayi.gov.tr.
Pre-allocation applications will be scored according to the standard evaluation table (in Turkish) set by our Industrial Zone.

If the area to be pre-allocated cannot meet all requests, a tender will be used to determine who receives the pre-allocation.
The payment terms valid until 31.12.2026 are shown below; applicants for pre-allocation should take these terms into account.
