Kütahya 30 Ağustos Industrial Zone (an Organized Industrial Zone, "OSB" in Turkish) is one of the key industrial zones of the region, located at the geographic center of Eskişehir, Ankara, Gebze, Istanbul, Bursa and Antalya. With an area of 565 hectares and a history of 18 years, it makes a major contribution to the development of Kütahya and of Türkiye.

The zone has a total of 42 industrial parcels, on which 37 industrial companies are in production, construction or project stage. Expropriation work for the expansion of the zone is ongoing; once it is completed, the total number of industrial parcels is expected to reach 91. Kütahya 30 Ağustos OSB is home to 2 companies ranked among Türkiye's Top 500 Industrial Enterprises.

Around 2,600 people are employed by the companies of various sizes operating in the zone.

Within the framework of Organized Industrial Zones Law No. 4562 and its implementing regulation, Kütahya 30 Ağustos OSB carries out a wide range of work inside its borders: revising zoning plans, finalizing investors' zoning and construction requests, providing infrastructure and the distribution of electricity, natural gas and water, preparing budgets and financing, treating investors' wastewater, monitoring emissions and sewer connections as part of environmental management, and ensuring the security of the zone. It also organizes social and cultural activities for investors and local residents.
